What this website is
This website presents information about DDCE passive lightning-prevention systems and the services we provide as the authorized DINNTECO distributor for Suriname, Guyana, French Guiana and Trinidad & Tobago. It is an information and enquiry tool. You cannot buy anything or pay for anything through this website.
Enquiries, baskets and quotations
The quote basket lets you assemble a list of products and send it to us, normally by WhatsApp. Sending a basket, submitting the contact form or contacting us in any other way is a request for information. It is not an order, and it does not create a contract.
Any contract for supply is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or when we otherwise confirm an order in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock availability and to the technical findings of a site assessment.
Technical information and site assessment
Performance figures published on this site, including withstand voltages, impulse ratings, electromagnetic-pulse absorption and protection radii, come from DINNTECO's product documentation and independent laboratory testing. They describe tested product performance under defined laboratory conditions.
Protection coverage for any real structure depends on the structure itself, its height, its surroundings and the protection level selected, and is calculated by the rolling-sphere method under UNE-EN IEC 62305 and NFPA 780. Figures published here are indicative. They are not a design for your site, and they should not be relied on in place of a site-specific assessment carried out by us or by a qualified engineer.
Warranty
Systems supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty offered by DINNTECO, together with any warranty terms set out in our written quotation or order confirmation. Warranty cover depends on the equipment being installed, earthed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing on this website extends, replaces or overrides the warranty terms in your contract with us.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but product specifications, ranges, certifications and availability change over time. We do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or free of error, and we may change content or withdraw products without notice. We also do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.
Intellectual property
