This policy explains what personal information Vyanshi International Innovative Minds N.V. ("Vyanshi International", "we", "us") collects through vyanshiinternationalnv.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only, not any separate commercial agreement you may enter into with us.
Who we are
Vyanshi International Innovative Minds N.V. is a company registered in Suriname, with its office at Drs. Erwien M. Abelstraat 27, Nickerie, Suriname. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at Info@vyanshiinternationalnv.com or +597 855-9663.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:
- Enquiry details. When you complete the contact form, we receive the name, company or organisation, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, territory and message you enter. Only name, email and message are required; the rest are optional.
- Quote requests. If you use the quote basket to select products and send them to us on WhatsApp, we receive the list of products you selected together with your WhatsApp number and any message you write.
- Direct contact. If you email, telephone or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies. It does not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other visitor-tracking software. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
Information stored on your own device
The quote basket saves your product selections in your browser's local storage, under the key vyanshi_cart_v1. This stays on your device, is not transmitted to us automatically, and is only sent to us if you choose to send your basket via WhatsApp. You can clear it at any time by emptying the basket or clearing your browser's site data.
Why we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or risk assessment, arrange a site visit, supply and support the systems you order, and keep records of our commercial correspondence. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
Third parties
We keep third-party services on this website to a minimum. The following receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, when you use the site:
- Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers on every page, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.
- OpenStreetMap. The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when that page loads.
- WhatsApp (Meta). If you click a WhatsApp link or send us a quote basket, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
We also use a hosting provider to serve this website, which processes standard server request information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, where it leads to a quotation or an order, for as long as we are required to retain commercial records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information through the website form.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to Info@vyanshiinternationalnv.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, local data-protection law may give you additional rights.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be described here rather than made silently.
